Invitations to patients
| Leaflets
are now available in several languages and in a form more easily
understood by women with learning difficulties. Straightforward
invitation letters, which are easier to understand, have also
been introduced to accompany the leaflets. The 'Cervical Screening
- The Facts leaflet' is sent out with every invitation letter
by the local Screening Agency. All women should be given an
opportunity to have their smear taken by a woman if they prefer. |
